The Ohio Department of Health recommends visiting Vaccines.gov, a federal website that can help you find flu shot providers in your community. 

Most beach operators must post warnings when bacteria levels in the water are high. If you do not see any warnings, it is probably safe to go into the water. You can check for alerts before you get to the beach at the BeachGuard website from the Ohio Department of Health.

Donate Life Ohio can help you register to be an organ, eye, or tissue donor.

The Food Assistance Program (also called SNAP or food stamps) helps eligible families buy healthy food. Parents of children under 5 years old may also qualify for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program may be able to help.
